DIRECTIONS TO WENNINGTON ROAD

Please note that Satellite Navigation systems programmed using the post code PR9 7TN, will provide incorrect directions, leading drivers under a low bridge and down a dead end. The best landmark in the area for loading as a postcode is the Thatch and Thistle Pub (PR8 6EF) then follow the directions listed below.

FROM M58 (Junction 26 on M6)

Leave the M58 at junction 3, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A570 (signposted Southport, Ormskirk)

Continue along the A570 (approx 10 miles) until you pass Tesco/McDonalds on your left and Meols Cop Retail Park on your right. At the next roundabout take the 4th exit onto Meols Cop Road - B5276 (signposted Preston A565/Churchtown)

Watch out for signs mounted on lampposts for a right turn into Crowland Street Industrial Estate. At traffic signals adjacent to the Thatch and Thistle Pub turn right onto Butts Lane.

Caution - Railway Bridge is 4.7m (15 feet 5 inches) high.

As you pass under the railway bridge the road becomes Crowland Street. Take the first left and you are in Wennington Road. The Unipart Rail Ltd Dorman facility is approx 150 metres on the left.
